Art Director




We are looking for an art director that will be responsible for tackling the artistic challenges of developing marketing and promotional pieces for a wide range of B2B and B2C clients. This position inspires, leads and drives the design process, setting the creative vision for a variety of projects. These might include but are not limited to print, digital advertising, websites, radio advertising, trade show environments, logos, branding, and collateral materials.

Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum 5+ years of art direction/design experience. Agency experience preferred.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Keynote/PowerPoint and Word.
  • Proficiency in Adobe XD or Sketch is preferred.
  • Proven design skills with the ability to work on a wide range of projects.
  • B2B and B2C experience preferred.
  • Proven ability to effectively present ideas to internal teams and clients.
  • Understanding of design’s value within a business context.
  • Illustration skills preferred by not required.

GLS/NEXT Precision Marketing is currently accepting resumes for a Human Resource Specialist. This hands-on role will help advance the company’s initiatives in health & wellness, recruiting, benefits administration, FMLA/ADA administration, employee relations, and other day-to-day HR operations.


Job duties include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Administers health and welfare plans, including enrollments, changes and terminations.
  • Processes required documents through insurance providers and communicates enrollments/changes to payroll to ensure accurate record-keeping and proper deductions.
  • Reconciles benefits statements and month-end reports.
  • Monitor employee eligibility for benefit plans; review benefits with employees; process benefits enrollment, cancellation, or changes; manage open enrollment communication and election process.
  • Administers and tracks leaves of absence, including FMLA. This is to include preparation of correspondence and maintaining files per state and federal regulations.
  • Lead and plan initiatives for health & wellness challenges throughout the year.
  • Fill assigned open positions; create a sourcing and interviewing plan for each open position, partnering with managers throughout the process.
  • Manage onboarding process to drive new employee engagement and ensure successful start to employment for all new hires, including but not limited to assisting with pre-hire process, communications, and documents, etc.
  • Performs customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions.


Qualified candidates will have experience in full cycle recruitment, be knowledgeable in employment laws including: EEO, ADA, FMLA, FLSA and COBRA, and be comfortable managing benefits for multiple locations.
